Shipping and Returns
Standard delivery times in most cases are next business day for orders received early a.m the previous business day. If your order requires some work or is in peak time, delivery will be organised as close to your requirements as possible, organised through our office guru. Remember: early notice will enable us to assist you in your requirements.
Deliveries must be received and signed for or the items will be returned to RWSteel and will incur an extra delivery charge to re-deliver orders.
If you cannot meet the delivery on site please let us know when you place your order and delivery time and give us instructions/ permission to drop on site including a location for the delivery. Email of this requirement is required. This delivery will be recorded by us and RWSteel accepts no liability for the product after the delivery drop.
Pickup can be arranged from our factory in Bayswater from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Drop in sales are welcome but phoning through your order prior to pick up is highly recommended to avoid waiting time.
We do not give refunds except in accordance with Consumer Law.
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from purchase with a restocking fee applied and a credit note issued.
Restocking fees do not apply to refunds.
Incorrect orders will be rectified and delivered to site usually within one business day of notification – please let us know as soon as possible. We take customer service very seriously and endeavor to rectify any issue you may have expediently. Our customers being happy is very important to us and we pride ourselves on our service.
