How RW Steel is Celebrating This Season

How RW Steel is Celebrating This SeasonWell, we have to say one thing right off of the bat. We’re incredibly grateful.

We’re so pleased with the way that this year has come to fruition; we’re so excited about everything that we’ve accomplished; we could not be more proud of our different teammates. It’s a bit of a jolly-fest over here.

While we live in a region that may not see snowy days throughout the holiday season, that doesn’t mean that we don’t know how to celebrate. We couldn’t think of a better way to continue this month than to share exactly how we’re decking the halls and our advice for our customers.

It all lives right on our RW Steel blog and for a good reason. This is our hub, not only for our readers but for us. When you’re as passionate about the work that you do as we are, you need an outlet to gossip and share exactly what encourages you to go to work every day – and be the best in the business. So, today, that means that we’re discussing exactly how we should and how you should celebrate this season. Read on for more details:

It bears reminding every year, clean up in advance! Clean up the outside and the inside of your home. Take advantage of checklists like these, so that your stress is as minimal as possible before your in-laws arrive. There are some chores that you always assume need to be done. Others may come as a surprise year-over-year, but don’t worry. That’s what we’re here for. Obviously we’re a little bit partial to the maintenance that focuses on the foundation. This means checking for cracks, cleaning any leaves out of your gutters, and of course… setting up all of your favourite holiday decorations!

Next up, we don’t – and you shouldn’t – wait until the last minute. This means food, this means cleaning the house, and this means shopping for any ways that you want to make your home seem extra special. There’s a reason that so many studies and publications list the holidays as one of the most stressful things that you can go through. But! You can avoid this when you’re armed with the best resources of today’s Information Age.

Finally, let’s end on an emotional note. Celebrate or plan new traditions. There’s a reason that we mention both. If you have age-old traditions that you’ve enjoyed with your family for decades, it’s time to put them into action. But, if that’s not the case, there’s just as much joy in creating your own traditions with whatever group you choose. This may be a new dish that you’ve been meaning to cook; it may be something completely unrelated to traditional holidays – it doesn’t matter. If it makes you happy, it makes the RW Steel family happy.

Let’s get ready for a great holiday season. Questions? Comments? Please reach out. We can’t wait to hear from you.
